Jeanneau Sun 2500

Skipper Must Hold A Minimum Of Day Skipper & Have Appropriate Experience | Maximum 6 Persons | Berths for 4 | No Dogs Or Smoking

Lovely family boat or perfect for a friends weekend trip on the water.

A well mannered user friendly 25ft boat. This is a great stepping stone from smaller keel boats to larger yachts. She is able to carry 6 people comfortably and has berths for 4. We require the skipper to hold a minimum of Day Skipper and have appropriate experience.

Powered by a diesel inboard there is no messing about hanging off the transom trying to sort out outboards.

To charter this boat we require the skipper to hold a minimum of Day Skipper and have appropriate experience.

At the time of booking we will want to know what other boats you have sailed; for how long and where, and a summary of your log book is always useful.

How does staying overnight work?

When you have two or more consecutive days hire, the nights in between are included.

Packages start from 2 days. If you plan to stay on a mooring or at anchor then we have inflatable tenders or paddleboards available to rent.

Big enough to have a few creature comforts, but small enough to still explore the area fully.

On deck there is a large cockpit so the group has the security of being in the boat rather than on the rail. All rig controls are led back to the coach roof making it easy to sail with a smaller crew. The tiller steering and twin rudders give a ‘big dinghy’ feel and responsiveness. The furling jib and reefing main sail, with lazy jacks makes sail management very straight forward. For the more experienced skippers there is an asymmetric spinnaker available to hire. The low open transom and swim ladder makes going for a dip at a secluded beach hassle free. Jumping in the tender here requires far less acrobatic ability than climbing off the side decks.
